I'm one of the lucky ones, because I absolutely love what I do for a living. Each client and each project is unique. So I begin by spending time listening, researching and assembling the right team for each job. Next, the real fun begins - brainstorming! This is where the magic happens, and thoughts and sketches unfold, until the "a-ha" moment comes. With 15+ years running my own company, and 20+ years before that spent drawing and painting, I've developed an intuitive sense, and can recognize immediately when something works well. This is the foundation for all design and creative that follow. Also tracking measurable results with clients helps keep my creative skills honed. I believe that well-executed visual and verbal solutions should always reflect positively on the 'bottom line'.
